The development is to comprise a redevelopment of an existing office block to provide high quality, key worker accommodation which will incorporate studio ensuite bedrooms and ancillary spaces. A new build extension will be provided at roof level to provide 7th floor apartments. To support the above living and sleeping accommodation, the development will house ancillary facilities such as social communal areas, staff office, cycle store, refuse store, plant areas etc.

The development will also include a retail unit built to ‘Shell’ only. The fit out of the retail unit will be a separate contract undertaken by the Retail Unit tenant.
