Calumet Services Ltd was appointed to undertake the domestic water, sanitaryware and ventilation services installation within a major 550,000 square metre new-build development. The works covered the main office, canteen and adjoining welfare facilities, alongside driver welfare areas and facilities for internal workers distributed across three floors of the building. Calumet Services delivered a comprehensive mechanical and public health services package, incorporating domestic water, hot water generation, gas services, above-ground drainage and ventilation systems throughout the development.

The project demonstrates Calumet Services’ ability to deliver a comprehensive mechanical and public health services package across a large-scale new-build development. The completed installation provided essential domestic water, hot water, gas, drainage, ventilation and sanitary facilities across the building’s office, canteen and extensive welfare areas.
