Calumet Services Ltd was appointed to undertake the mechanical services installation for a development comprising 24 industrial units, providing the essential water, sanitary and ventilation services required across the site.
The works involved fitting out each unit with the necessary facilities, delivering a consistent and coordinated mechanical installation across the development.
Calumet Services delivered a mechanical and public health services package incorporating hot and cold water distribution, sanitaryware installations and ventilation systems throughout the industrial units.
