Calumet Services Ltd was employed to carry out the BIM level 2 design, installation and commissioning of the extra care building consisting of 102 apartments, assisted bathroom, Sky bar and toilets, communal areas, Laundries. The project consisted of the procurement, installation and commissioning of the following services.
- Plantroom equipment including new boiler plant, water tanks and booster set, distribution pump sets etc.
- Distribution pipework around the building serving all apartments and communal areas with LTHW pipework and boosted cold water services.
- Heat interface units to each area serving LST radiators and producing the hot water for each space.
- All bathroom, ensuite, cloakroom sanitaryware including kitchens.
- Mdev fans and ductwork to each apartment.
- Air conditioning and heat recover units, ductwork to the communal areas.
- Full sprinkler mist system to all areas.
- BMS & Billing systems.
- Dry risers to each stair core.
- Assisted bath with Bluetooth and LED lighting.
- Fully commissioned and chlorination.
